We wanted to share with you the major milestones achieved and the new features available on the platform.

Enhanced Customer Invoicing Module

On the product side, the last few months have been dedicated to the ramp-up of our Customer Invoicing module.

You can now: create your quotes and invoices directly on Regate, send them to your customers, follow up on them in one click and track all your payments.

And to save you even more time on a daily basis, you also have the possibility to :

  • Create or import your product catalog
  • Set up your own invoice templates
  • Set up recurring invoices
  • Benefit from email templates

Of course: your Sales Journal is updated in real time and all your sales are automatically entered in your accounting system!

Improved reconciliation

Over the past few months, our technical teams have also been very focused on improving our bank reconciliation module.

In the Bank Statements section, you can now :

  • Identify missing receipts at a glance
  • Find any transaction in a few seconds thanks to a filter system
  • Click on each line to view your reconciliation and benefit from more advanced features

And to allow you to generate your bank entries even more easily, you now have the possibility of attaching your transactions to a third party account or an accounting account in one click!

The merger at Regate

Pro cards to simplify the retrieval of receipts

Thanks to the new Regate bank cards, you no longer need to share a pro card for the whole company: you can generate virtual or physical secure cards (Mastercard support) and set up in a few clicks according to your needs!

For your teams, it means more autonomy and convenience; for you, it means better cost control and easier reconciliation: for each expense made with their Regate card, the employee receives an instant notification to import their receipt. All they have to do is take a picture of it to reconcile the transaction in Regate.

And since every photo taken via the Regate mobile app has evidentiary value, he doesn't even need to keep his receipt!

Tracking of expenditure commitments to control and anticipate your purchases

🔥 Regate goes one step further to help you better control your costs: with our new Budget and Purchase Requests module, you can track all of your spending commitments in real time!

Your teams can now indicate all their upcoming purchases via purchase requests. After you validate them, they are automatically recorded in your committed expenses and displayed in real time on the right budget.

You can therefore follow all the costs incurred by the company in real time - globally and by budget - for better management!
