🚀 On our side, our teams have mobilized like never before in the last 6 months to improve your Regate experience based on your feedback from 2021. Always with one goal: to simplify your daily life and accelerate the digitalization of your practice.
🔎 Customer Billing, EBICS bank statement retrieval, improved reconciliation, corporate business cards,...We wanted to share with you the major milestones achieved and the new features available on the platform.

On the product side, the last few months have been dedicated to the ramp-up of our Customer Invoicing module.
You can now: create your quotes and customer invoices directly on Regate, send them to your customers, follow up with one click and track all your payments.
And because we wanted to go even further, you also have the possibility to create or import your product catalog to save even more time in the creation of your invoices.
And of course: your Sales Journal is updated in real time and all your sales are automatically entered in your accounting system!

In recent months, our technical teams have also focused on improving our bank reconciliation module.

And to allow you to generate your bank entries even more easily, you now also have the possibility of attaching your transactions directly to a third-party account or to an accounting account!

We wanted to simplify even more the retrieval of your bank data through integrated connections with JeDeclare and SoBank!
Thanks to these integrations, you can now automatically retrieve all your customers' bank statements in EBICS format directly in Regate.
And because we like to do things right, this integration obviously doesn't cut into the connections you already have with your other tools.

Thanks to the new Regate bank cards, you no longer need to share a pro card for the whole company: you can generate secure and configurable virtual or physical cards (Mastercard support) in a few clicks!
For your customers, it's more autonomy and convenience; for you, it's better cost control and easier reconciliation: for each expense made with their Regate card, your customer receives an instant notification to import their receipt. All they have to do is take a picture of it to reconcile the transaction directly in Regate.
And since each photo taken via the Regate mobile app has probative value (2-star RGS electronic signature), he doesn't even need to keep his receipt!
